In most consumer cases, 1health acts as a service provider to another business.  We encourage you to contact the consumer business directly, as in those cases we will be unable to provide action on your request.  Those consumer businesses are able to take action on your behalf if any of your information is stored on the 1health cloud.

1health as a consumer business

If direct consumer services have been provided to you by 1health or a subsidiary, such as Vitagene, our support team is able to take care of your request.  As a consumer, you have certain rights when it comes to your personal information:

• The right to know about the personal information a business collects about them and how it is used and shared;
• The right to delete personal information collected from them (with some exceptions);
• The right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of their personal information; and
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising their CCPA rights.
